#pelopeasants presents: Miles for Mental Health Awareness
Join us for the entire month of May as we move our bodies and explore the different classes offered in the Mood Series collection. Log your miles for the month using our tracker below and challenge yourself to walk, run, and cycle toward your goal. Let's see how many miles we can collectively achieve as a group throughout the month. ❤︎ In addition to logging miles we are using this as an opportuity to raise money for National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). You can donate directly to our fundraiser through this link. https://donate.nami.org/team/500045 The BABs event has our recommended mood series classes for you to use as a road map thru the month. You can use those classes as ride, walk, run suggestions. As far as logging your miles: you can log ANY walking, running, and cycling miles for the entire month. (They don't have to be those specific mood classes, or even Peloton classes to be logged!) We want to see how many miles we can get collectively as a group with the purpose of raising awareness on the importance of taking care of our mental health! *If you're riding a poorloton and do not have access to see distance metrics, you can always use: 1 mile per 5 mins on the bike as a basis of getting an estimate of your miles. |
